We begin with a walk-through consultation and take detailed notes about all changes and improvements that could be made to your property to increase its value. We provide an itemized task list you can follow yourself, with suggested adjustments for the yard and exterior of the house, cosmetic repairs and styling tips for the interior. 

We can assist you with any or all of the details. We will refresh the look, reduce the clutter and rearrange the furnishings to enhance the space. We can even come in the day before and prepare your house for its first showing.

Our Move-in service is great for families moving into a larger space; people downsizing, trying to declutter and fit their favourite pieces into a smaller space; and for blended families merging two households into one new family home.
